We recently hooked up ambassador and deck destroyer Khrys Ross with a Powell Peralta Flight Deck. The Flight deck is a new construction from Powell that allows the deck to maintain pop and resist breaks by including 2 carbon fiber layers in the deck to increase strength, while decreasing weight. The Flight Deck is made with 5 plys of maple, 2 layers of Carbon Fiber, and laid up with epoxy to decrease chips, pressure cracks, and breakage.
