Return Policy

Unused/unopened products can be refunded or credited within 10 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date, with a 15% restocking fee for products over $50. Used or worn merchandise will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for return shipping

Defective items can be returned if we are notified within 48 hours of the receipt or delivery. A return label will be issued by Motion Boardshop.

We will not accept or refund any items returned more than 30 days from the receipt or delivery.

If a product was purchased on sale, the terms of that sale are final. This specifically relates to last years products, or discontinued products. Products that commonly fall into this category are snowboard boots from previous years, helmets, snowboards, etc.

When it comes to SNOWBOARD BOOTS we have a "0 flexibility policy", and are not trying to win customers over with our online boots sales. Buying a boot online is one of the worst things you can do for your snowboarding experience, if you do not know 100% what size you are, and what boot you need. We are trying to get people into local shops to try on and get fitted for the most important piece of the gear.
In order to make our position clear with snowboard boots:
If a boot is returned you will be:
-Expected to ship the boot back using your purchased label
-Will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

We are not trying to encourage anyone to buy boots online, it is a bad idea.

Motion Boardshop will issue refunds once items have been received and determined undamaged. We will notify you once we have issued the refund. Refunds may take 4-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Refunds must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return or credit. An insured/trackable shipping service is required. We do not require a RA (Return Authorization). Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Any promotional items such as free T-shirts, T-Tools, or hardware that is received with the order must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.  Not returning a promotional item will result in the un-returned item's retail value being deducted from the refund the customer receives.

Motion Boardshop does not warranty any items. The company who manufactured that particular item will handle your warranty. However, we will do whatever we can to help facilitate this for you by acting as the company that represents the product and sold it to you. If you think you have a defective product, you can contact the manufacturer directly. However, if you would like our help in the manner, please send us detailed pictures of the defect or damage with information on how long the product has been in use and how it happened. We will then pass that information along to the manufacturer to help facilitate the warranty for you. Each warranty is handled on a case-by-case basis.


Motion Boardshop is not responsible for the safety or reliability of the products we carry. We assume no liability from the use of any products we sell. By purchasing and/or using the product we sold, you assume all risk, responsibility and liability of any product ensuing loss or damage to persons or property.

Be safe and obey the law! Longboarding involves some risks, so please be careful! You accept any and all risks, dangers and hazards resulting in serious injury while using any product we sell.

Privacy Policy

To process your order, we may collect your name, address, phone number and email address. We will not charge your credit card until we process your order. Credit card information is deleted once the order is processed. We will not sell your name or personal information. Only the owners and employees of Motion Boardshop view this information to complete your order. All information is encrypted after entered for payment.

Track Your Order

If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 3 days of submitting your order, please let us know by emailing with your name and order number. Your email address is entered into the shipping information, and may have been incorrectly entered or blocked from certain Internet servers.

Order Changes

Please let us know as soon possible about any changes to your order. Email us at or contact us during business hours. Although most changes can be made before 12 pm, we cannot guarantee that your order hasn't been shipped already. We cannot make changes if your order has already been shipped.
